Where does the product ship from?

Do you offer free shipping?

Enjoy Free U.S. Shipping On All Orders.

You have the option when choosing your shipping method to require a signature on delivery. This is available for $5 USD.

Express Shipping within the U.S. is available for $25 USD. Your order will be delivered within 3 business days. Your order must be placed before 12 pm PST to ensure that the 3 business days guarantee is met.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Your package will ship by the next business day from our New Jersey, Edison Warehouse via UPS. US Shipments arrive within 3-5 business days.

Please note that orders placed during the weekend or on (official) holidays, will be processed on the next working day.

You will not have an opportunity to change your order (product, size, color, or address) after it has been placed. We ship to residential and business addresses only.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

 

Can I change or cancel my order once it has been placed?

We cannot guarantee that an order can be changed prior to shipment. Please be aware that we are unable to combine orders or add pieces to an existing order once it has been placed.

 

Can I return a personalized item?

Withdrawals, cancellations, exchanges or returns are not accepted for orders of customized products.

 

What is your return policy?

All products purchased on the Website may be returned within 30 days. You need to inform us of your intention to return the product(s) within 30 days after the day on which the product(s) come into your physical possession (or into the possession of a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you).

Returned products must be returned in the same condition as they were sent – and must have their original tags. We will not accept or refund incomplete returns or products that have been worn or washed.

If the products have deteriorated due to more extensive use, we reserve the right to send the product back to the shipper at their expense.

To return your jacket please wrap carefully in the original dust bag and box to prevent any damage during shipping. When examining your article please be mindful not to scratch or mark the product.

How do I return an item?

Returning your item is easy.

  1. Email our Customer Success Team to request your return.
  2. Once your return is approved, pack your item(s) in the original packaging if possible. Make sure the parcel is safely sealed.
  3. Our team will provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label. Please apply this label to the sealed parcel.
  4. Once your returned products have been received and inspected at our collection center, you will be notified.

NOTE: To return your jacket please wrap carefully in the original dust bag and box to prevent any damage during shipping. When examining your article please be mindful not to scratch or mark the product.

Make sure that you do not have returns from multiple orders in one parcel to ensure that you get your refund as quickly as possible. Each order you would like to return has to be packed separately, for a fast and smooth return processing.

Returns by hand to the collection center will not be accepted due to security reasons.

The refund for the returned item(s) will be received via the same means you used to make your purchase. Refunds usually take up to 8-10 business days to appear on your statement, after you have been notified by our collection center that your return has been accepted.

 

Where's my refund?

Please note that we have up to 30 days of time to complete the refund payment, starting from the day in which we receive your return at our collection center. We will do our best to refund your money as soon as possible within the 30 days.

Refund payments to credit cards/PayPal accounts normally take up to 10 days from the moment in which we receive the return at our collection center.

If your payment was made with a gift card and credit card we’ll refund your gift card first. Refunds for the returned items will be received via the same means you used to make your purchase.

Refunds usually take up to 8-10 business days to appear on your statement, after you have been notified by our collection center that your return has been accepted.

 

 

Will I be refunded the full value of my order?

Your refund will be issued according to the payment method you chose to place the order.
